My name is Hannah Bernstein and I am here to witness you with compassion. When it is called for I share reassuring wisdom. Sometimes I can reach into the space between worlds and change reality. But I like it much better if we do that bit together. Consent is important to me, as is getting out of the way to foster your own capacity for self-healing.

I am an ordained minister, reiki master and hold a masters degree in spiritual and depth psychology from Antioch University. Dr. Aline LaPierre, creator of the NeuroAffective Touch Institute and author of the acclaimed text Healing Developmental Trauma is my mentor and consulting supervisor. I have studied spiritual psychology under Dr. Sergio de Oliviera of the Pineal Mind Institute in Sao Paulo Brazil. 

 

I began the web series The Embodied Psyche in September of 2020. I interview innovators in the mind body healing professions, and am priviledged, in this way, to continue my learning.
